1.What does “pre‑order” mean?

A pre‑order lets you reserve your BagBuddy before it’s officially back in stock or released. It saves your spot in line so you’re one of the first to receive it once inventory arrives.

2. When will my pre‑order ship?

You’ll see the estimated shipping window on the product page, at checkout, and in your confirmation email. Just a heads‑up: this date is an estimate. If production or shipping takes a little longer than expected, we’ll keep you updated.

3. Do I pay now or later?

Pre‑orders are paid in full at the time of purchase. This confirms your reservation and guarantees your place in our fulfillment queue.

4. Will the price change later?

Nope — the price you pay at checkout is final. Pre‑orders aren’t eligible for future discounts, promotions, or price adjustments.

5. Can I cancel my pre‑order?

Yes — you have a 24‑hour window to cancel. Just reach out to our support team. After 24 hours, your order is locked in and can only be returned or refunded after it ships, following our standard return policy.

6. How does shipping work once items arrive?

As soon as your item reaches our warehouse, we prep and ship orders in the order they were received. You’ll get a tracking email the moment your package is on the way.

7. Can I change my shipping address or order details?

Once a pre‑order is placed, we’re unable to make changes — so double‑check your info before completing your purchase.
